        Hi there,

        Great info! But what is exactly CPM for video? How do you measure that?
        When you say that medium CTR with banner is 0,009% (1 x 10.000!!!) and video CTR is 2%, what do you mean? How did you measure it? What kind of banners did you take for the survey? For wich country?
